Our end client is looking for a Technical Service Coordinator (TSC) in the department Application Operations within IT supply that is responsible for the technical support of server based applications. The specific team focuses on complex web applications, J2EE portals, web content management systems, eBusiness portals and middleware integration platforms.
Area of Responsibility of the Technical Service Coordinator (TSC)
The TSC is responsible for technical design and operation of several services and their compliance according the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Central contact for all technical issues and questions regarding the service and its components
Planning and design of the operational concept as basis for all software and hardware configurations under consideration of cost, stability and security aspects
Coordination and implementation of tasks supporting the service lifecycle (planning, installation, upgrade, decommission)
Coordination of incident recovery, planning and implementation of changes, evaluation of problems
Project management for smaller infrastructure related projects and support of international projects
2nd Level Support
Participation in on-call shifts for high available services (max 9 duty cycles per year)
You completed a tertiary education or similar study within IT.
You are Biztalk 2006 and higher certified or working toward it.
You have minimal 3 years continued experience with Biztalk integration and different supporting back end systems. This is the minimum requirement.
Have worked with Biztalk 360 and have experience in setting up access control to the platform and monitoring tools.
You have good analytical ability and thinking in integration patterns
You have knowledge of Sql Server administration and clustering thereof.
You have knowledge of Windows Server administration and supporting technologies ( clustering, Active directory, virtualization, etc)
Experience as software developer, by preference in .NET environments is an advantage
Experience in automation using Powershell scripting.
You have knowledge of XML and XSLT
You have broaden your skillset with Windows Azure and Biztalk 2013 R2
You have knowledge of Enterprise Integration Patterns and have affinity with Service Oriented Architectures
ITIL- or project management knowhow are an advantage
You have the ambition to develop yourself further in this area of EAI, ESB and the like.
