For our Key Client we are currently looking for a Service Level Manager Hosting to join a project for 6 months.
The client is looking for an experienced Service Level Manager Hosting . The Service Level Manager is responsible for Service Level Management of the outsourced hosting services and establishes the approach and processes to oversee and optimize service delivery performance in alignment with the business and service level requirements.
The Service Level Manager manages the operational/tactical ITIL processes towards the supplier(s) in scope; like Service Level Management, Cost Management, Availability Management and Capacity Management. He/she ensures alignment with the business/other platforms for the hosting services.
He/she defines realistic performance requirements (KPI’s) as input for the new or reviewed SLA. Periodically reviews service related documents and implement necessary changes. Monitors and reports on Service quality and performance against SLA with Vendor, if necessary manages service improvement plans. Provides input to the Contract Manager of the KPI performance and provides reports to platform Service Delivery Manager who will combine these reports into customer reports.
Execute cost management (invoices) towards the suppliers and ensure charging to the business of the hosting services. Keeps informed of new hosting developments and trends.
Highly effective relationship management / building;
Accountability, taking ownership, flexibility;
Strong Service Level Management skills (5 years’ experience);
Strong and clear communicator;
Be a firm counterpart internal and external (vendors).
