As part of the future IT improvement plan, the costumer need to perform a strategic review of the E2E (End-to-end) Request to Fulfill process to determine solution requirements that take into account Cloud provisioning, supplier ecosystem consisting of more suppliers and E2E Request to Pay improvements. This work will result in
a clear requirement list and roadmap to enable future IT capabilities;
providing choice points on how the requirements could be achieved;
determine if MyRequest (i.e. existing in-house request management tooling) can support the requirements and what enhancements it needs;
a business case for a new solution, in case MyRequest is not the right tool to meet future requirements.
Technical Skills and Expertise
Knowledge and experience on Request and Catalogue management and the tooling implementation, Cloud technology and services, orchestration, bi-modal operating model, Amazon, Azure, new ITSSM (IT Service Support Management) tooling next generation. The strategic review activities will start with a Kaizen (lean six sigma) workshop (1 week). To prepare the workshop some data gathering and proper analysis are required. As preparation for and during the workshop, we need a consultant with relevant experience/background who will collect, process and generate the business requirements based on different inputs obtained from various stakeholders and current request management system. The consultant will then translate the set of business requirements into a proposal and RFP for next step.
