Korte opdrachtomschrijving

The ICT department within our customer is responsible for all back-office systems and infrastructure including connections to networks outside of Europe.
We design, implement, configure and maintain the systems and hardware. We are an ever changing department that is involved in a lot of areas that make up the complete process of selling goods. This responsibility also comes with a lot of pressure and requires a quick thinker.

As PLM administrator you will be part of the PLM IT team which supports our Production Lifecycle System, the basis system for all our product development and starting point for our sourcing processes. You will work closely with other IT teams as well as the business team supporting the PLM and sourcing processes.

Your responsibilities will include

  • PLM Configuration Management: reviewing/adding/changing configurations in line with user requirements and best technical fit.

  • Create and modify PLM workflows and business forms: Work with users to translate business process to PLM forms and workflows; optimize and automate

  • Document and communicate changes throughout the user organization, supporting change management and compliance

  • Manage user requests, create and modify PLM user accounts and roles

  • Work with vendor to deploy and test Software updates on production server

  • Debug and resolve PLM system errors

Position Requirements
For this role we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague with a technical bachelor’s Degree focusing on Information Technology, the main requirements for this role are:

  • Highly motivated and dependable with good oral, written communication skills and a quick learner, a team player also work independently with open mind, and have ability to see the business needs through system requirement for smooth integration of the project

  • Skilled in developing project documentation such as scope definition, work breakdown structure, organizational breakdown structure, project plan, schedule, budget and risk management

  • Demonstrated skilled and proven successful participation in cross-functional (project) teams

  • General proficiency with programming and scripting. Good knowledge of SQL is a must, SQL query development experience is a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communications with ability to communicate effectively in the English language

  • Work accuracy and completeness is critical
