Managing the implementation of new customers throughout Europe, focusing on driving rapid growth in new client volume and fulfilling customer critical requirements.
Specifically, analyze and consult on current client processes, gather client requirements for new purchase and expense processes, incl. card program, designing purchase controlled environments, integration in ledgers, reconciliation and reporting needs. Establish system settings, for card and data products critically, understanding reporting requirements and then partnering with the client to implement the solution.
Build, manage and update project plan for on-going implementations .
Overseeing the account for the initial 90 days of their program and ensuring a smooth transition into relationship management and call center operations.
Co-ordinate client driven activities, cardholder training, application data collection.
Perform MasterCard Smart Data integration for customers, provide training and ongoing support.
Act as a central point of contact for client, coordinating with required partners (i.e., legal, product, ops, technology, risk, sales) to ensure delivery of products and services is completed within agreed upon timeframes, with accountability for end to end process.
Liaise with RM & Sales, Product, Client Services & Operations teams as appropriate, including ad hoc support to Business Development teams (e.g. participation in client sales meetings).
Liaise with Card Solutions team colleagues as appropriate.
Actively contribute to team / business goals and projects.
The Commercial Cards department within Transaction Services provides cards solutions to Corporate clients, Business Banking clients and SME customers throughout Europe.
Knowledge of Commercial Cards products and solutions required
5-10 years of Commercial Card implementation / relation management experience required, with a BS/BA degree;
Proven customer management record
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage deliverables from multiple partners and work on multiple projects simultaneously in a time-sensitive environment.
Ability to develop relationships with business partners to ensure objectives are met and client has best possible experience.
Ability to work well with product management, sales, customer, and technical system staff to resolve issues and problems.
Team player who can readily enable others around them.
Must be able to work under minimal supervision and work well under pressure.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Competent communicator both written and verbal in English, Dutch is a pre & other European languages advantageous. Must be able to adapt and tailor message to particular audience (Sales, Product, Operations, and Client).
Effective disseminator of information to key parts of the business.
Detailed knowledge of Commercial Cards Solutions/Implementations products is a must
Strong knowledge of Commercial Cards solutions and platforms, such as, SmartData, inControl, CenterSuite, etc is advantageous
Strong IT affinity
Proficient with Office tools: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Access etc.
Candidate should be able to perform implementations independently within 3 months
