Context of the Position
The IT division supports information management, infrastructure and key business processes across the organisation. The goal of the IT M&M department is “… to provide effective and efficient Means & Methods to the IT Organization, in order to contribute to the successes of IT".
In the role of Operational Improvement Manager you will report to the Director IT Means & Methods. Your key interfaces internally are the enterprise, domain and solution architects, Project Managers, Manager PMO, process owners, Competence Center Directors and related Management Teams. Your key interfaces externally are the organisations IT’s suppliers, consultants and external network.
