We have a vacancy within the Retail Payment Services-team for a senior product specialist/product manager
The Senior product specialist holds the responsibility over a number of acquiring products. He is the expert for these products. The role of product specialist relates to both the running and the change of these products. He has a natural drive for results. He interacts with the productmarketeer, but is also able to relate with a.o. Operations, Sales and Procurement. He has high communication skills and is able to have commercial discussions with our clients. The Senior Productspecialist is a true teamplayer. He has knowledge of the scrum way of working and frequently has interaction with scrumteams of our clients. He is able to discuss on a detailed level, but always has the overview and sets the right priorities. He is able to solve short-term issues, but also sets the long-term strategy.
The Retail Payments Services team is part of the Productmanagement & Innovation department (PM&I) within Client. The PM & I department exists of three teams supported by a small support team. The teams include:
Product Strategy & Innovation: Responsible for defining the product strategy including innovation, the market value propositions, go to market and marketing related activities
(Inter)Bank & Corporate Services: Payment services that provide solutions for banks and corporate payments, these services include Payments Back-office, EACHA/CENT, CSM and corporates services such as CPS
Retail Payment Services: Cards and payments related services that offer solutions for B2C payments (or C2C) in the retail environment. These services include cards issuing, e-mandates, e-commerce and international acquiring
