For an International company, we are looking for a Partner and Contract Management Program (IT)-Officer for a challenging contract role, available on a short term.
In your role as System Administrator (Partner and Contract Management Program (IT)-Officer) you will be responsible the set-up, master data and maintenance of an IT application. You will as well be responsible for first line user support, and for gathering business feedback in order to improve the processes and IT application based upon the business needs of the sales regions within LS. You are the key stakeholder in (IT) process development and improvements concerning the way of working related to Partner Contract Management.
The Contract Management Program IT officer (Officer) understands the contract management business strategy and acts on it.
The officer will be responsible analysing and translating user feedback and requirements into either an IT project team, or into the Contract Management Application being ICON
The officer is expected to Support or the deployment of the processes and application throughout the world.
The officer is expected to ensure timely maintenance of the application and play an active role in delivering consultancy towards users, process owners & management with regard to ICON. Documenting specific activities for master data management is included as well.
In his role as officer he is responsible for setting up and maintaining incident management processes (incidents/problems/changes), incl. alignment with incident requester.
Supporting the users in their daily job, including application-specific support and reporting definitions.
Defining & maintaining training materials, incl. training & deployment management & reporting is part of the daily job.
Transfer appropriate knowledge to other members of the team.
Resolves corrective actions related to data issues in order to be audit proof.
Support of sales support manager & contract administration manager in contract related master data activities.
Responsible for ICON User management & support, ICON global master data maintenance, Template collection & development.
Liaison with IT/A support. Development of the ICON application.
Preparation & maintenance of training materials / quick reference guides.
Report definition & schedule.
Accurate, complete and reliable recording of all customer specific relevant business information.
Operational support in providing training materials to the user community in order to enable the sales organizations perform the contract management processes at the right level.
Standardization, harmonization of reporting and analysis, procedures and archiving Support implementation of new business solutions, such as a standard Global data base for document management, customer relation management, contract management that enables historic insight and supports performance measurement of the dealer and distributor business.
Support on maintenance and development of tools and reports. Next to maintaining the current tools, the objective is to find better ways and implement enhanced solutions in order not only to ensure monthly reporting but also improve the customer experience and satisfaction.
Knowledge and affinity with (Dotnet, SQL) IT applications
Preferable experience with ICON
Excellent communicative skills, with a fluency in English both in words and writing
Analytic skills combined with a just do it mentality.
