IT Delivery is responsible for building and deploying end to end IT solutions for business and markets. This will increasingly involve configuring and integrating standard applications (the full stack including infrastructure), rather than customizing or developing software. Input for these solutions comes from the Sector/Function/Markets CIO and Platform & Architecture organizations. Upon acceptance by the business, the deliverables will be transitioned to Operations for “run management.” In the run phase, the Delivery organization provides 3rd line application maintenance and support to Operations.
IT Delivery applies the Agile/Scrum methodology and manages external partners on an output basis. Competence centers and sourcing will be organized around Platforms: Idea to Market, Market to Order, Order to Cash/Fulfillment business applications and the enabling Platforms. Key roles in the Competence Centers are the Competence Group Manager, Team Lead, Business Analyst, Technical Lead and Senior Project Manager.
Collaborate with Business, IT Business Partners, Architects and Tech Leads to elaborate on the requirements.
Build effective and productive key business stakeholder relationships (including BPO).
Early involvement in solution design and estimations.
Understands how the IT solution supports the Business Process E2E.
Analyze main business processes and requirements and translate into IT solutions.
Responsible to maximize the use and acceptance of standard/catalogue based solutions to support business needs driving industry best practices processes.
Responsible to maintain product backlog with user stories to cover development effort for the upcoming sprints.
Develop user stories/ wireframes (both functional and system operational requirements) and work with client on elaboration and ambiguity resolution.
Ongoing validation of deliverables against requirements.
Flexibly respond to shifting business needs and priorities.
Train key users and ensure availability of training and support materials.
Prior to UAT validates that solution meets business requirements.
OG Certified at Master level or proven track record in business requirements management and high level solution design in relevant domain.
Proven knowledge of business process and its KPI’s (e.g. CRM, Supply, Sales or Finance).
Knowledge of industry best practices to support relevant business processes.
