We are looking for a temporary replacement for the current Display Yield Analyst. The role supports two Media Sales Teams located in Amsterdam and Brussels offices and is responsible for maximizing ad revenue across display on all platforms for Belgium and the Netherlands. The primary responsibilities during those 3 months will be to optimize yield, identify monetization opportunities and analyze digital revenue relationship. The Media Sales teams are fast-paced entrepreneurial environment for a candidate that works, fast, accurately and can juggle the workload of two demanding stakeholders at the same time.
PLANNING: Provide detailed weekly revenue forecasts and status reporting on revenue for both countries
OPTIMIZATION: Evaluate the configuration and performance of the programmatic ad stack against key indicators.
EXPERIMENTATION: Develop optimization hypothesis to A/B test across exchanges
MONITORING: Continuously monitor yield across all platforms and offer innovative recommendations to direct sales teams, ad operations and business owners to boost performance
STAKEHOLDERS: Liaise with sales and external partner contacts to troubleshoot platform, ad quality for continuous improvement.
strong analytical and quantitative skills
possess the ability to make data-driven recommendations and have a creative problem-solving mindset
possess knowledge of the digital advertising landscape: ad serving platforms and DMP, DSP and SSP platform architecture
proven record of having worked in Display Yield Optimization for an advertiser before
experience working directly with ad servers such as DFP, also SSP like Improve Digital and GaX.
strong programmatic background
ability to analyze, summarize and manipulate large volumes of data
prioritize their own tasks and all the projects in their domain in a fast-paced environment and be able to make good assessments of how fast work can be done
juggle two demanding internal customers at a time
