The Inside Sales Manager role is to manage an Inside Sales team based in Dublin. This manager will be responsible to drive directly a team of highly motivated Inside Sales Reps, delivering quarter on quarter growth in an expanding Sales mission on behalf of various European countries. You may manage multi lingual teams.
•Deliver strong growth results in a highly transactional environment across a number of regions, meeting/exceeding key business measurements and reporting requirements;
•Be responsible and accountable for your team's performance and to achieve and exceed revenue budgets along with a remit to drive key performance indicators and establish strong brand relationships
•Motivate your team to drive business, achieve targets and develop themselves as future leaders through education and career development
•Ensure financial integrity as well as oversee budgeting, planning and business controls
•Enhance performance and sales productivity by optimizing territories and routes to market, utilizing account planning, etc
•Leverage cross- solutions, client, industry, and marketplace knowledge to drive a growth strategy
•Collaborate with the executive team, business partners and brands around strategy, new missions and initiatives and ensure timely and correct execution once the same have been agreed
•Serve as a role model for the company Values and operate with a client value mindset

•Suggest and apply these best practices to current and future activities
•Look for and highlight potential opportunities to improve processes and tools.

•Proven track record in start up Missions, delivering results in a timely fashion
•You must have prior sales experience, preferably within a MNC/Technology environment
•Senior People Management experience required
•Well organised, target driven, have the ability to work well in a multinational environment, be flexible and open to change and work well in a 'matrix' work structure
•Fluent in English
•University degree, ideally, but not exclusively in a business or IT related discipline
