Our Client in Amsterdam is looking for an experienced Content Management and Quality Assurance Professional within the IT Operations their Risk and Finance domain.

Business Line
The Risk and Finance domain is responsible for the IT applications within the bank. The domain Risk & Finance in Amsterdam is responsible for the development, maintenance and support of the several large data warehouses that operate in a complex IT landscape with other systems.

Within the Risk & Finance domain, the Risk Data Baseline team are setting up a Baseline, or Going Concern, organization for the Credit- and Liquidity Risk Datawarehouses.

The Risk Data Baseline team mainly focuses on

  • Defining and implementing baseline standards and processes

  • Acquiring and embedding best practices

  • Knowledge management

  • Quality Assurance

  • Liaising between and integrating the relevant stakeholders: Risk Business Partners (Product Owners), Risk & Finance Support Team, Project Delivery teams and Delivery Managers

Operating from the Risk Data Baseline Team you will assist Risk & Finance Support Team in restructuring their Sharepoint Site. Main focus will be on setting up a standardized System Documentation structure for all Risk Data systems.

Activities, deliverables and responsibilities

  • Single Point Of Contact within Risk Data Baseline team for all System Documentation related best practices, questions or issues

  • Set up standardized System Documentation structure for all systems

  • Re-organize current System Documentation in Support Team's Sharepoint site

  • Quality Assessments of delivered System Documentation

  • Contribute to Support Team's System Documentation requirements

  • Assist Support team in getting the System Documentation requirements across to the projects

  • Chase and/or challenge Project Teams for missing, incomplete or incorrect documentation


  • Organized and structured approach to documentation

  • Strong focus on Quality

  • Convincing skills

  • Proactive attitude

  • Organisational sensitivity


  • Very skilled in Sharepoint 2013

o ability to create consistent Sharepoint document structure
o able to use Sharepoint functionality like Team Websites, Team WiKi’s, Document Management

  • Experience with Microsoft TFS

  • Experience with Confluence WiKi is preferred

  • Stakeholder Management

  • Experience with Support- or Going Concern organization

  • Experienced in Incident Management and Change Management processes

  • Experience with Project organization

Required experience

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Microsoft SharePoint configuration

  • 3-5 years’experience with Microsoft TFS

Plus experience and skills

  • 3-5 years’ experience in the banking industry

  • 3-5 years’ experience in an Operations or Going Concern organization

  • Experience with Confluence WiKi

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum Software Development methods

  • Experience with DevOps
