Benson & Winch is looking for a Process Data Consultant to join a long term project within a leading Pharmaceutical company.
In the frame of a new regulatory process you will put together the necessary architectures to support the identified business processes and to support the business rules definitions.
You will be the main responsible to resolve any differences between the “support analysts” and business units.
Your role involves documenting both the inter-relationships between processes (people & systems) and identifying the hierarchy of the processes (business processes, functional processes, sub processes and process components)
Develop business architecture strategy based on a situational awareness of various business scenarios and motivations.
Apply a structured business architecture approach and methodology for capturing the key views of the enterprise.
Ensure that the tactical and strategic enterprise goals are reflected in the processes, and the metrics & business rules necessary to provide ongoing information governance are mapped to the processes.
Describe the primary business functions and the generation, or enhancement of the data in scope of the new regulation project.
Define the set of strategic, core and support processes that transcend functional and organizational boundaries; identify and describe how, in the scope of the project, external entities such as EMA, CMO, and external organization interact with the business; and describe which people, resources and controls are involved in these processes.
Capture the relationships among roles, capabilities and business units, the decomposition of those business units into subunits, and the internal or external management of those units.
Studies: University or high school equivalent diploma (Batchelor)
Minimum of 5 years within the Biopharma industry
Very strong experience with ER Studio – Business Architect (Mandatory)
Fluent in English,
Able to apply architectural principles to business solutions
Able to assimilate and correlate disconnected documentation and drawings, and articulate their collective relevance to the organization and to high-priority business issues
Experience using model-based representations that can be adjusted as required to collect, aggregate or disaggregate complex and conflicting information about the business
Able to visualize and create high-level models that can be used in future analysis to extend and mature the business architecture
Experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques
Good attention to detail
Ability to work independently yet is a team layer
Excellent communication skills
