Key tasks are:- Is the "go to" person for system information

  • Provides timely information and decisions to the stakeholder community

  • Prioritizes requirements, defects, and other work items for the delivery team

  • Is an active participant in testing

  • Informs the stakeholder community on defect trends and provides reports regarding usage

  • Co-develops and maintains instruction materials and plays active role in training key stakeholders

  • Educates delivery team in the interests of the stakeholder community

  • Translates demand intake for new system (interface) functionality and/or standard reporting into clear design, in interaction with vendors

  • Manages requirements dependencies, negotiates and reprioritizes as appropriate

  • Analyzes functional aspects of updates, upgrades and/or new releases, and asses the business impact; next inform and advice key stakeholders regarding new functionality and involve IM if analysis reveals need for technical changes

  • Is the gateway to the Design Authority

  • Designs and ensures compliant access management as well as compliance with applicable data privacy rules and procedures of systems; has deep knowledge on which kind of access is really needed for system

  • Provides input for vendors performance meetings and provides input for system performance dashboard

  • Organizes and actively manages network of local key users and constantly drive knowledge and expertise

  • Manages indirectly the Global HR Support team


  • Educated to - Post BA/MA degree or equivalent;

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a customer focused, technical support based role (preferably in HR, could also be in IT);

  • Good knowledge of and experience with working with HR systems;

  • Good knowledge and understanding of HR processes;

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills;

  • Excellent and clear communication, pro-active, supportive, with good presentations skills;

  • Community building skills;

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal command of English language;

  • Excellent Excel, Powerpoint and MS project skills;

  • Experience with HR system(s), preferable Taleo;

  • Experience with SAP is desired.
