On its quest to understand the consumers and to be ahead of their needs, the European Digital Analytics team is looking for talented and enthusiastic UX Analyst.
We are seeking a candidate with a strong analytical mindset, passionate in working with numbers, with the ability to fuse qualitative and quantitative data into meaningful and actionable business insights.
Superb teamwork skills are essential, as well as the ability to communicate complicated ideas and conclusions in simple terms: she/he will need to be a strong storyteller and be able to convey analysis in a way that anyone in the business can understand.
The role will be focusing on the analytics needs of the User Experience team, and will also be tasked with the management of a consumer feedback project.
Work within the EU Analytics team to assess performance of experiences.
Understand UX experience, deep dive into challenges and come up with valuable insights and actionable business recommendations.
Craft presentations to communicate project status to key stakeholders, operations and leadership.
Partner with key stakeholders in the business to set and track KPIs.
Lead project for aligning and interpreting various sources of consumer feedback.
Drive consensus across stakeholders and negotiate diverse points of view and priorities.
Identify UX trends through data and work with the EU UX Manager to prioritise solutions.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering, and/or Web Marketing and Analytics.
Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience with Web and user experience needed. Specific Web Analytics experience (any platform) highly preferable.
Proven ability to shift through data, identify critical information, analyze, develop hypotheses and make recommendations.
Strong task management capabilities to manage multiple tracks of work.
Ability to build positive working relationships and working successfully in cross-functional teams.
Ability to communicate a strong point of view and influence others.
Ability to seek information/research independently.
Adaptable and open to change; able to work with ambiguity.
Technical skills: Adobe Analytics/Omniture, Advanced Excel, SQL, Cognos BI, Tableau preferable.
Statistic programming languages (SAS, R, SPSS, Python) considered a plus.
