For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for a HR Expert Consultant – Interim Compensation Specialist.

Job description

Your ensure that compensation changes meet the requirements of external regulations and are in line with our global and local policies and that the stakeholders are informed and guided in dealing with these compensation changes. You coordinate and administer the compensation changes, connecting to the HR stakeholders to capture what issues need to be addressed and consulting the necessary experts for solutions, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and internal policies and external regulations are being adhered to as well as documentation for audit purposes. You assist in the implementation of global compensation guidelines, principles and policies in your business lines/country organizations, working together with HR business partners and the regional/country compensation responsible, as well as your expert colleagues in the Centres of Excellence in CHR.

Your work environment

You will be working in the Amsterdamse Poort, in the Corporate HR department. This is a flexible working environment, where all centers of expertise are working jointly together to optimize CHR strategy and implementation. Skills required

•Bachelor’s level or equivalent by experience, preferably in business administration or finance/accounting.
•More than 2 years of work experience in a compensation and benefits department or at least 5 years in several support departments (Finance, Legal, Compliance or HR), dealing with systems, policies, data and multiple stakeholders.
•Operational experience with respect to benchmarking, reward data analysis, data processes, systems and preferably reporting and link to performance management; preferably operational experience in data collection and/or
•Fluent in English and preferably Dutch
•Extensive experience with Excel
