For our international client in The Hague we are looking for a Portfolio Analyst.
The GF Sites SOM - Portfolio Analyst role sits in GF Site SOM. GF Sites SOM is a sub- department of GF SOM that delivers IT services and support to Global Functions Lob (referring to Corporate Functions such as Finance, HR etc.).
The Portfolio Analyst executes portfolio specific activities to support GF Sites SOM with on-boarding and built-out of the standards, processes and ways of working with and into ITSO and GF SOM.
This will support and be of benefit for whole of GF SOM to have a single source to access and retrieve basic and key information on GF SOM managed Sites for day to day operational, projects and financials.
The GF Site SOM SharePoint Site will have to present the basic Site SOM roles and responsibilities, next to present the GF/SITI Sites with specifics on IT infrastructure estate, services, financials, amount of users, businesses and specials/exceptions.
Build the on-boarding and main SharePoint site. Gather requirements, information and data from all the teams in GF SOM and ITSO to request and provide the ITSO eCreate Services for building the layout and content for the GF Site SOM SharePoint Site.
Portfolio management standards, processes, ways of working and tool development. Identify, develop and implement new processes and tools to improve the GF Sites SOM portfolio management. Identify opportunities to leverage existing portfolio management best practices and assist in embedding those practices across GF SOM departments and ITSO.
Stakeholder management: Manage a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders to ensure expectations are properly set and key information is communicated in a timely manner.
-Working with a diverse set of stakeholders across the enterprise.
-Must be flexible and adaptable to changes and wider ad-hoc duties depending on operational imperatives or requests.
-The ITSO and GF SOM portfolios are in various stages of maturity, thus requiring the ability to adapt approaches to fit the environment.
-Working in both a virtual and face-to-face environment depending on location of colleagues.
Knowledge and understanding of SharePoint designing and intuitive site functionality and Office Suite (Word, Excel and Access) and Outlook.
The ability to come up with functional, exciting concepts and then present and sell your ideas to stakeholders.
Experience in creating content and sites in SharePoint including the team working and workflow components.
Attention to detail, time management, and collaborative approach to problem solving.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills
Ability to multi-task under pressure and interfacing with multiple teams
