The Resourcing Programme Lead is an interim role that has two key responsibilities; to act as the HR lead in RFP discussions and the implementation of a new Vendor Management System and Managed Service Partner for Contingent labour, and, review our global resourcing landscape making recommendations for efficiencies and optimisation.
Overview of Responsibilities Resourcing Programme Lead
Lead the HR workstream to set up a new hiring desk for the effective management of contingent labour, to include strategy, process, supplier negotiation and KPI’s for our Corporate office
Understand the global and local Resourcing strategies for contingent labour and work with the operating companies to drive alignment and efficiencies in tracking and reporting
Participate in supplier negotiations and contract management of a new VMS and MSP
Ensure the successful implementation of the hiring desk and prepare for transition to BAU
Work closely and collaboratively with Finance and Procurement
Manage all HR stakeholders and communications
Area of Expertise Resourcing Programme Lead
10 years plus experience across Resourcing; demonstrable experience in setting up an RPO, Contract Management and managing contingent labour
University Degree or equivalent in a related field required
Proven ability to develop and implement pragmatic and innovative solutions in the recruitment area
Excellent judgment and listening skills, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues with diplomacy, discretion and integrity.
A developed emotional maturity, resilience and ability to work within a complex matrix organization.
Strong project management and operational experience along with highly developed presentation and facilitation skills.
Good grasp of data, analytical capability and use of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
People’s management skills, managing virtual teams.
