Iduet is currently searching for an Interim Revenue Manager Operations for our client; one of the Global Leaders in Aviation Leasing. Our client is a global leader in the leasing and financial services business. They are well funded by a robust long-term capital structure that produces industry-leading profitability. Headquartered in the Netherlands (Schiphol), and with offices in Ireland, the United States, China, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates, they have a well organized presence all over the world.

We are seeking a motivated individual to temporarily join its Group Finance team as the Revenue Manager – Operations. In this position, reporting to the Vice President – Finance, you will be primarily responsible to ensure all Group revenues are accounted for correctly, in-line with our clients policy and according to US GAAP. The key areas of responsibly include the accounting aspects of lease contract including invoicing, debtor management and reporting. You will be challenged to develop yourself, to extend your knowledge and skills and to proactively participate in projects and to improve and professionalize processes in the company.



  • Ensure that all transaction of the accounts receivables operations are recorded correctly on the ledgers regarding invoicing and cash receipts

  • Supervise the Revenue Operations/Accounts Receivable staff (6.5 FTE) to ensure completeness and accuracy of the data within and exported from the company’s Contract Management System (CMS)

  • Assist the Revenue Manager (Accounting) to maintain financial controls, including the preparation and maintenance of documentation on our client accounting systems procedures and internal controls as it relates to revenue and receivables

  • Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting information for accuracy and processing efficiency.

  • Assist in preparing monthly reports for internal use and produce SOX documentation

  • Assist in the monitoring/review of the receivable operations

  • Supply information to internal and external clients to ensure efficient and timely quarterly review and year-end audit

  • Other ad hoc duties

Het profiel

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.

  • Qualified accountant (RA, RC, CPA or ACCA) required with a post graduate/master education preferred.

  • 4 – 5 years of relevant work experience in an international environment or a big four audit firm.

  • Revenue/receivable accounting and cash experience

  • Knowledge of GAAP and SEC rules and regulations; experience with a similar size public filer

  • Basic knowledge of contract law

  • Excellent numerical / analytical skills in a complex area

  • Knowledge of IT systems

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)

  • Able to communicate ideas accurately ,clearly and professionally via both verbal and written means, able to understand complex legal documents

  • Independent and proactive -seeks solutions

  • Flexible – willing to apply extra commitment during busy periods

  • Hands-on (willing to understand the details of complex issues), a team player and able to assist staff solve their problems.

  • Relevant aviation experience is an advantage

  • Available to travel to the Dublin office on a regular basis

An interim position for a 6 month period with the possibility to extend.
