Examples include using client data exports to create advanced MS Excel and Tableau graphs and models relevant to project scope, applying Lean/Six Sigma techniques to define and address issues, process mapping, workflow analysis and best practice identification. Demonstrate expertise in analysis of performance data, operational productivity and financial analysis in the areas of Business Analytics and Decision Strategy.
40%: Responsible for creation of customer deliverables that clearly define the scope, issues, recommendations and results in addressing client’s critical challenges through proven, efficient and effective approaches, techniques and methods.
10%: Actively maintains and develops new customer relationships that engage the group in new work that is critical to the success of our customers.
10%: Provides direction, authorship and insight into new and compelling product or service offerings.
To be successful in this role you need to be able to develop structured data requests from clients’ IT business staff and have knowledge of indirect data query from client systems using OLAP tools, like Business Objects. You also use standard query language (SQL) to produce quantifiably impactful exhibits and produce structured communications (slide decks) that succinctly frame findings and financially compelling opportunities for clients. You need to be comfortable with fusing methods and techniques involving the alignment of process, people and strategy, to achieve specific performance outcomes.
At least a relevant BA or BS from accredited University or College.
Business and Customer / Patient Information Systems and database IT credentials are a plus.
Around 15 years of relevant professional experience; 5- 10 years experience in Health sector and/or Consultancy with focus on efficiency and business improvement. Experience in large scale management consulting projects, or experience in information extraction and modeling in a client services consulting environment is required.
Track record in transforming market and customer feedback into concrete solutions and services
Experience in professional services proposal creation that clearly defines and results in addressing client’s critical challenges through proven, efficient and effective approaches, techniques and methods.
Full project lifecycle management experience: Strategy, Requirements, Business Blueprint, Build, Test, Train, Deploy and Change Management.
Experience with operations management, forecast modeling, production planning and scheduling as well as analytical tool development for users.
Training, understanding, experience and coaching ability in the areas of structured deck writing and hypothesis approach, transformation competencies such as strategy, process, human performance factors, enabling IT, culture, and change adoption communications.
Advanced MS Excel modeling expertise and advanced executive presentation development and delivery skills with command of developing content, format and structure.
Proficiency in relevant productivity tools (e.g. MS PPT, Word, Access, Excel, SQL).
Fluent in English, Dutch is not required. Additional language skills (e.g. German or French) would be an advantage.
Able and willing to travel with short notice approximately 25%.
