This role will operate for 6 months to support the Global Flex Alliance Management structure and will be responsible to manage the following aspects of the resourcing process;
Coordinate, reconcile and correct the 1-Supply open positions report, reconciliation and coordinate process to share with providers. Inc. managing steps in the relevant systems.
Ensure final reconciliation of Open and Approved Positions
Create regular Metrics reports
o Follow up on CVs provided, interviewed, offered, manage response times. Work closely with providers
If positions open for more than 2 weeks, ensure back-up providers receive listings
reconciles all information regarding resources, start notification and WWID request forms inc. creating WWID for all Flex resources through Partner Feed
Coordinate aspects when Converting to Internal Employee
Coordinate Flex resource off-boarding process, returning to program and reactivate WWID
Coordinate Contractor converting to Flex process
In due time support the analysis to optimize current process and automate where possible.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s or University degree in a scientific discipline is required and/or experience in highly regulated arena
A minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience is required.
Experience in process & project management is expected.
Must be able to work flexible hours due to liaising with US.
