For our client an international organisation we are looking for an interim HR Business Partner.
As a Business Partner – you will be required to work across the whole business along with the capability to execute a diverse range of projects:
Provide excellent front line HR BP support across the global business
Work closely and collaboratively with all business units to establish and implement the people agenda in line with both the business and HR strategies
Work closely with the Head of HR in initiation, implementation and subsequent strategic handling of diverse projects including annual pay review and benchmarking exercises
Ownership of key HR initiatives
Coach and support managers on employee relations, performance management and succession planning
Support the recruitment process.
HR Manager / Business Partner experience ideally within a
Technology or Financial Services organisation
Intermediate Excel skills
Preferrable Acadamic background, with HR Management specialty preferred
7-10 years’ demonstrated HR experience and skills in Employee Relations
Action orientated, with a focus on continuous improvement in all areas of work. Known for high energy and productivity the right candidate will be able to deliver quality results with a challenging, positive, influential style
Previous experience in a generalist role in a commercial environment, delivering a proactive HR service and implementing a people strategy in line with business objectives.
CIPD Qualified (or equivalent business qualification)
