Support the high growth ambition of’ new Personal health solutions business by creating consumer awareness and driving consideration and conversion among relevant target group.
Oversee a small team of downstream marketing specialists, and guide them in the delivery of key campaigns and assets on time in full across Marcom, Digital, MI, Events, PR, CRM / Social.
Drive downstream marketing agenda and priorities in discussions with management team and market organizations (especially USA, Germany and China).
Manage budget to ensure key priorities are reflected and projects remain within agreed boundaries.
Maintain close alignment with other functions (for example, product / upstream marketing, Design, Regulatory, Consumer Care, and Business Development).
Support the growth and development of team members.
Experienced professional (min. 10 years of experience) in area of marketing and brand management, especially in marcom and digital.
Proven ability to think strategically, help create alignment behind proposed strategy and translate it in concrete, tangible plan and assets.
Strong operational capabilities, pro-active and hands-on with an eye to detail.
Open-minded, entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in less structured or uncertain environments.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong team management skills.
Ideally knowledge of B2C health / wellness / wellbeing domain.
Fluent in English.
Short term assignment for the period of 22/09/2016 till 28/02/2017. You will be based in Amsterdam for 40 hours a week.
