Responsible for designing, deploying, advising on- and evaluating a broad range of learning provisions to members, teams and the organization as a whole, in order to ensure all stakeholders have the competence required to fulfill current and future requirements for the sustainable success of the organization. Focus on executing the full learning design cycle (scoping, design, development, implementation,evaluation)both new and existing.

Competence Needs Identification
Identify strategic and operational learning requirements, consult and advise stakeholders to define relevant competence needs and advise and coach line managers in performance improvement. Clear understanding with stakeholders about staff performance improvement needs and learning possibilities to enhance performance.
Learning Design and Sourcing
Define, co-design and develop /outsource appropriate, high quality learning interventions with focus on functional disciplines, business units, leadership and talent pipeline development. Curricula, programs, courses and other learning interventions underpinned with relevant conceptual models, theories and methodologies.
Deliver blended learning solutions as required by the business, coach internal facilitators/trainers in skill building and manage key learning initiative projects (e.g. assessment or development centers, introduction, leadership/talent programs, culture and change). High quality delivery of blended learning provision – this includes courses (classroom and virtual), coaching, facilitation of workshops or other interventions to fulfill business requirements.
Learning Value and Quality Assurance
Systematically evaluate global and local internal and external learning provision to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of investment in learning against business operational and strategic business requirements. Effective and efficient global and local learning provision which meet customer and quality requirements.
Proactively advises, coaches and supports HR Business Partners and business leaders in developing appropriate learning solutions and plans in order to meet business requirements within constraints laid down. Development of a learning organization with appropriate attitudes, behaviors, knowledge and skills.
