The expectation of this Product Manager Care position is to understand how the Customer Engagement fits into the overall direction and vision. The focus lies on the user experience and usability of the services on all available platforms. As well as to communicate the vision and strategy/roadmap as well as key features of the products to the relevant stakeholders. At the same time, to listen to clients or markets via research to determine demand on existing and non-existing platforms or features to increase customer satisfaction.
