Works in Executive/Critical end-user environment
E2E responsible for all scheduled meetings/events (requests) regionally
Performs a risk (reliability) & cost analysis (costs/availability/technology requirements/business knowledge)
Proposes best available technology to the customer (highlight pros & cons)
Translates technical issues into laymen terms for all stakeholders to understand
Adhere to the Event Management standardized processes at all times
Make use of available templates and process documentation
Coordinate all locations during the large events, act as primary focal point for all the locations in case of technical problems and questions.
Technology savvy – webcast, teleconferences, MS MOC/Lync/Skype for Business, iMeet and/or roundtable;
Executive presence and professionalism;
Out of the box thinking / see global picture
Take ownership / pro-active approach
Working under high pressure
IT background/affinity is a highly desirable
Intermediate level of MS Excel and SharePoint 2010
Preferably certified in Audio / Video technology (A/V)
MBO level 4 or higher
Experience in AV support
Drivers license (B)
Home location is a maximum of 30-45 minute drive from the hub location
ITIL Foundation v3 preferred
