Service Integration has the task to deliver reporting around IT satisfaction and IT delivering. The main objectives and tasks are first of all the portfolio handling of SLAs and reporting tasks for the complete client's IT. The unit is also responsible for the service catalogue handling, cost and volume for the services.
As the Service Integration officer you will mainly be responsible for two areas
IT Satisfaction report (Business stakeholders / Large Survey's and Customer Satisfaction)
Service delivery reporting (Service Level Agreements and Basic services)
.Your skills and qualifications as a Service Integration Officer
A bachelor’s degree in a technical field, preferably IT; advanced degree a plus.
3-5 years of IT related experience.
Experience in creating reports for different levels in the organization (Management team until team managers)
Certification in or intimate experience with ITIL implementation.
Extensive experience in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience in customized tooling is a pre, like Qlikview.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills, presentation skills and organization skills.
Communication and Personal skills as a Service Integration Officer
As this will be a completely new task to create a Service Delivery Report you are good in taking initiatives. Furthermore you are analytical and have a high quality awareness. Your are performance oriented and is driven by that IT Supply will be measured on the satisfaction level.
Furthermore you can operate effectively in collaborative and dynamic business environment and able to develop broad, cooperative relationships with diverse stakeholders and achieve results.
