Contact Center Engineer
A Contact Center Engineer is urgently required for an ASAP start with a market leading client in Amsterdam, Netherlands for a long-term, lucrative contract position.
The Contact Center Engineer will IDEALLY HAVE AT LEAST 65%+ of the following skills:
Hands-on experience as a Contact Center engineer.
Recording (Voice, chat, video)
Dialler, outbound dialler, Preview, Progressive and predictive dialling
Incident resolution (and strong analytical skills/root cause analysis)
Hand-on approach to quickly create PoCs
Software installation and upgrade, process automation
Delivering updates to client software through automated processes
Nolio – nice to have
Fluent English speaker, Dutch speakers preferred
