SAP Manager

Experience

• Previous experience with SAP Upgrades and SAP Infrastructure Components. (OS, DB, Severs, etc)

• Previous experience with non-SAP systems upgraded. or

• Previous experience with ITSM implementation tools. (ServiceNow preferable).

Area knowledge

• Technical projects upgrade, implementations of ERP systems, SAP and non-SAP.

• Preferable be knowledgeable in NetWeaver and SAP functionality. or

• Service Management tools. ( Preferable ServiceNow and IT-Guardian)

• Knowledgeable in ITSM processes.

• Knowledgeable in service management processes

Skills

• Well organized. Capable to arrange the right structure, activities, plan to manage a project.

• Strong Leadership. Able to manage the team, set the vision and effectively lead the team

• Resolving conflicts. Have good negotiation skills to resolve issues within the team, or with other projects, with third parties and/or Management.

• Good in politics. Capable to manage discussion and resolving concerns from management.

• Good communicator. Proactively create communication plans for the project with stakeholders, project team, steering committee, etc. Capable to manage his/her meetings in a proper manner.

• Proactive. Capable to be ahead of detecting potential issues or disruptions for his/her project. Taking initiatives for better project execution.

• Focus to deliver. Capable to set the right priorities to focus to deliver in time and on cost his/her project.

• Reliable. Do what you promise.
