Opdracht

Het betreft een tijdelijke opdracht, inzet start initieel 3 maanden met optie op verlengen contract. Startdatum/Locatie: medio mei inzet 32-40 uur per week te Amsterdam. Referentie: HSIS743

Functie

The Team Lead coordinates a team of 6 process consultants, 4.5 fte. The team lead also fulfils the role of Senior process consultant and thus performs activities autonomously in the field of design, optimization, process description and implementation of asset management processes. These activities comprise the execution of workshops and interviews with medium and large sized group of subject matter experts. The process consultant defines risk & controls and KPI’s with the line management.

Functie-eisen

• Analytical skills;

• Assertiveness to acquire detailed information and to document this information in a comprehensive manner for business representatives but also technically correct to be in line with stakeholders such as Enterprise architecture and Operational risk;

• Adopt a logical and thorough approach for analyzing process flows and requirements;

• Interact with multiple internal stakeholders with the ability to understand their (parts of the) process;

• Project management skills in planning and executing activities in a pro-active self-starting manner;

• Extensive knowledge as process consultant within a financial organization, preferably Asset Management;

• Modeling language Experience in modeling in BPMN (2.0);

• Tooling Experience in modeling in Bizz Design;

• Knowledge of operational risk management
