The IT Manager/Front End Developer will IDEALLY HAVE AT LEAST 65% of the following skills:

Managing different (external) providers.
Analytical skills.
Experience with operational application management by external suppliers.
Knowledge of and experience with the operational management of PHP and Java applications on a Linux Apache / Tomcat stack.
Experience in the development of JavaScript / HTML / CSS / AngularJS applications.

The IT Manager/Front End Developer will perform the following responsibilities

You coordinate the activities of the various backlogs and / or suppliers and monitors your consistency.
You support the squads in the alignment of the various features and management activities.
You facilitate coordination between suppliers, squads by creating understanding of the change process.
In addition, you monitor the quality of the applications used for campaigns and events and gives you the proper design and implementation of the operational management processes.
