Scrum Master. One of my clients is urgently looking for a Scrum Master for a 6-12 month contract in Brussels.

The Scrum Master will :

• Guide and coach the team and organization to follow Agile/Scrum practices

• Keep the team focused and continuously delivering

• Guide and coach the team to be self-organized

• Improve transparency within the team, across functional and geographical boundaries.

• Guide the team to find the right person within the organization that can help them.

• Build a safe and trusting environment where conflicts can be managed in a healthy way without fear of blame.

• Run daily, weekly and monthly agile rituals efficiently and strictly.

• Create alignment with other adjacent initiatives and projects to avoid overlap or conflict

• Ensure regular communication with key stakeholders at various levels of the organisation

• Tracks work progress to identify blockages and developer divergence from allocated tasks
