HR Stream Lead

We are looking for a HR Stream Lead for a project at one of our customers in the Amsterdam region.

Activities

• Start with a full introduction into the clients’ HR and Hosting strategy

• Initiate and shape the HR Stream in the programme

• Work with key IT stakeholders to quantify, help redefine and report impact on local hosting service management organisations

• Use the gathered insight as input to help improve the project planning and reporting

• Work with peer programme stream leads in change & communications, programme management, PMO, management and IT stakeholders

• With global and OpCo HR management, define an HR plan for short and longer term that aligns with the programme’s objective and agile approach

• See to timely execution of the HR plan and deliverables as the responsible stream lead

Experience / skills required

• 10 years of relevant HR experience

• Knowledge of local specific HR aspects, i.e. workers councils and labour laws, rules and regulations

• Experience or conceptual knowledge within international environment;

• Knowledge of HR related processes

• Recent experience in a project and in a similar role

• A kind and open personality, a can-do mentality and ability to present before an audience (online or in person)

• Willingness to travel on few occasions to meet local stakeholders in person

• High degree of competence in English language

• Experience in using recent versions of office software like SharePoint, Office and Skype

• A Stream lead with IT and HR experience is preferable
