SAP Project Manager

The project will deliver Robotics scripts to automate SAP-processes
Experience of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) is not essential (is desirable); SAP experience is (any specific area, not specific Finance, although desirable)

For this role we are looking for the right SAP Project Manager who will match in personality

• Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Manage and report on project planning, progress, financials, issues and risks according our methodology, policies, standards and working practices

• Planning deliverables and resources

• Financial Management; Manage project budget decisions as well as financial risks and opportunities, guard the budget, get funds released in time, manage contracts

• Proactively identify, manage and mitigate risks and issues during the life of the project

• Identify and actively engage key internal and external stakeholders and establish collaborative, win-win relations

• Engage and motivate the team and foster an open and safe project environment for the team, to work effectively and efficiently

• Actively manage the team (set priorities, support where necessary), lead by example

• Establish a project governance organization with clear roles and responsibilities and an effective process for escalating issue and communicating decisions

• Quality of the project deliverables and project products.

Functie eisen
To perform this role successfully, a demonstrated project/program management track record in the area of infrastructure is required. This will include

• At least 15+ years of experience in managing projects and programs

• Experience with international projects and global roll-outs

• Experience of managing SI Partners

• Excellent communication skills

• Result driven, stick to deadlines and deliver deliverables on full in time

• Political sensitivity

• Problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills to influence management, as well as internal and external partners

• Flexible and adaptable to be open to new technological solutions and interfaces

• The following experience is desirable but not essential

• Hands on experience of Agile/Scrum deployments
