IT Test & Release Coordinator

For our Key Client we are urgently looking for an experienced IT Test & Release Coordinator to join a temporary assignment for 3-6 months.

The IT Test and Release coordinator is responsible for the delivery and anchoring of IT Test and Release best practices. You hold together the overview of all planned changes in the IT Infrastructure and support the orchestration of change to secure they run reliable information technology operations, enable business development to grow, and lead the digital transformation towards a better environment - designed for the future. You further support the business by setting up clear roles, responsibilities and internal procedures, inspired by standard industry practices, to support professionally managed functional and technology change.

• Responsible to onboard Solution Owners and IT (Infrastructure) Service Owners to best practice in change management and secure the link to Test and Release management

• Responsible to onboard Solution Owners and IT (Infrastructure) Service Owners to best practice on Test and Release Management

• Responsible for continuous improvement of operational Change, Test and Release processes and related ways of working (such as: acceptance, regression and non-functional testing; release cycle management) by providing clear process documentation, roles and responsibility descriptions, training and direct support where needed.

Knowledge & Skills

• Process management and improvement

• Best practices in change, test and release management

• Extensive experience in and responsibility for change, test and release management

• Experience in working with dedicated tools for managing (the process for and the content of) changes, test and release cycles.

• (Basic) Knowledge of IIS Infrastructure setup

• Knowledge of multiple development models with an emphasis on Agile methodologies.

• A strong ITIL background

• Admin certification for Service Now platform would be a pre
