Process Analyst

We are looking for an IT quality Process Analyst

Your challenge
Drive the definition, improvement and implementation of principles, policies and processes under the accountability of IT Governance, supporting the goals of the newly set-up IT Governance department, and as a next step improve the current Business Process Management (BPM) to harmonize and improve the value stream of IT. This encompasses design, deployment, performance management, and change management of the policies and processes of IT Governance and next improvement thereof for the entire IT organization.

You will also be responsible to improve the IT Process Framework for one or more Business Process Owners (BPO) in the BPM platform (ARIS). Putting IT Governance, Process Management on the map of IT, showing added value and driving continuous improvement by the application of LEAN methods will be part of your responsibilities.

The IT Quality Process Analyst will work alongside various experts (functional leads) and Management Teams of the IT domains

Your responsibilities

• Define, implement and continuous improve the performance of IT Governance processes

• Model IT processes in Aris;

• Proactively drive for improvements towards harmonized End-to-End processes across IT

• Contribute to and initiate actions to bring the IT processes to a higher maturity level

• Drive, contribute and coordinate in embedding of the IT processes into IT organization

• Review suggested improvement changes on IT process framework

• Actively communicate on achievements by process area and/or IT Governance / IT Quality

• Be the process management expert to subject matter experts, act as advisor

• Develop an understanding of numerous team cultures and current state processes

We are looking for

• Bsc or Msc graduation in (Business) Management and/or Computer Science

• Experience in Quality, Process Management and Continuous Improvement (LEAN)

• Fluent in English, verbal and written

• Be able to work under pressure, ability to prioritize.

• Results oriented, pragmatic

• Experience working with Microsoft Office including Visio

• Preferred experience with the ARIS process modeling tool (Architecture of Integrated Information Systems)

• Comprehensive and working experience in an Agile / Scrum environment

• Project management and organizational change management experience

• Team player, who has the ability to work in a matrix organization

• Lean Basics certification preferred

• Green Belt / Six Sigma experience preferred

• Excellent communication skills

• Comfortable operating with a certain level of ambiguity and in a dynamic environment that is continuously adapting itself to stay in pace with latest developments
