Description
Our client is managing the el(P)AAS department at one of their major customers. This department is responsible for the day-to-day support of servers, databases and thereby lifecycle management, configuration management, demand management. We are looking for a hands-on, result oriented candidate, in a role like junior project lead or PMO.

Competence

• HBO+ or Academic level

• Experience in large international companies

• IT Infrastructure knowledge: Understands generic IT and has basic understanding of Data centers and eI(P)AAS services

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (both Dutch, English)

• Good administrative and documenting capabilities

• Good planning skills

• Advanced excel skills

We are looking someone who is energetic, has a hands-on mindset, result oriented, and has demonstrated good communication, documentation, and planning skills, especially in an international IT organization. To achieve goals, the candidate can liaise directly with IT stakeholders, as well as program management and senior management of customer.

Deliverables and responsibilities:

• Resource planning of the eI(P)AAS department

• Capacity management, demand management (processes, planning, forecast assigning tasks)

• Support of configuration management

• Monthly SLA reporting

• Deliverable tracking and chasing
