The Project Manager will team with the Client Market Digital Managers (MDM) to act as our Project Manager representative in the market to support the local dealer network and make sure that the new Dealer Website Platform is used at its best to improve their sales and leads.
The Project Manager will initially support the rollout of the platform in the local market(s) s/he is responsible for. Local dealer sites will all be based on the Global Master: a core set of functions and features which enables consistency and global control. Each Market will be responsible for their own local content and any local requirements that fall out of the scope of Global Master.
Local PM will manage requirements, budgeting, Implementation and monitoring.
S/he will need to document the local market’s requirements, whilst still managing the HQ expectations of the Client.
Local PM will also use his/her experience to inform the market about local functions and features that can or cannot be delivered by Global Master and to enroll the maximum number of dealers into the program.
Local PM will coordinate the support team and guarantee customer satisfaction and proper use of the Platform.
Finally, the PM will be responsible for planning, reporting and communicating with HQ in order to let HQ PM team manage all market rollouts and communicate results to central Client HQ. Our Central and Local PMs (subject matter experts) will also be responsible for Requirement Management, Content Co-ordination, Quality Assurance, Training and Migration Management when the markets have questions about these particular areas.
