Tasks

• Work closely with the Customer, Business Leadership, Implementation Team and Stakeholders;

• Help in forming and stabilizing the Data Stewards pool and affirm their accountabilities;

• Lead efforts that identify stakeholders, trigger data reconciliation and governance discussions and activities to correlate data across multiple network inventories for network, expense, budget, site, device and related information in order to highlight & resolve any discrepancies in the data for a baselines accuracy in analytics & reporting;

• Work with and manage multiple departments and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure customer’s services are at the appropriate margins and installed and disconnected in agreed timeframes;

• Understanding of Telecom processes and functional specifics;

• Knowledge of Telecom OSS and BSS, Revenue Assurance, Order Journey, Products etc.;

• Gathering operational and business requirements to curb revenue leakage;

Hard skills

• Computer science degree or equivalent experience and you have minimum 5 years of experience in the IT sector, including 2 years in IT architecture design;

• Total experience not less than 10 years;

• Knowledge and experience of associated tools, techniques, methods within their specialist technology area;

• Experience of complex integrated systems projects in the Telco sector;

• Understanding of business requirements and expectations;

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
