You will demonstrate excellent understanding of the way the organization works and the sector it operates in, as you'll be helping the organization to develop its functions, services and products to meet goals with internal and external stakeholders. You'll also play a key role in communicating between internal departments and external parties, acting as a 'translator' where necessary to convey how information technology can support the organization's needs. As the liaison between business and IT you will be translating business needs to IT solutions, and vice versa, with program objectives, project results and initiatives in mind.

Activities

· Use data modelling practices to analyze your findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes
· Identify the processes and information technology required to introduce your recommendations.
· Ensure plans are made and processes are created to evaluate the impact of the changes made, including taking responsibility for overseeing and reporting on this evaluation;
· Consider opportunities and potential risks attached to suggestions you make.

Eisen

· Experience in the field of business operations
· Master or bachelor degree
· CMMI level 2 or higher (understanding what structure means)
· Cloud / SaaS (knowing what and where to look for)
· The ability to work under pressure on multiple projects within your project timeframes
· A passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change
· Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach
· A strong interest in business and business development
· A good understanding of information technology
