Demand management & Business Analysis Consultant

Currently Templeton & Partners is looking for a Demand management & Business Analysis Consultant to join one of our international clients for a position in The Hague, The Netherlands of 6 months minimum with option of extension.

The Task

Templeton & Partners is looking for a strong communicative Experienced Demand management & Business Analysis Consultant you will have the objective to define and implement the new Operating Model and insource several responsibilities into the client, with the goal to improve control over the service and its performance.

Some of your key activities will include

• Elicit and document business requirements

• Translate business requirements into functional requirements for the associated processes, process workflow and control

• Assess existing processes and associated process gaps/ improvements

• Document existing processes present in either the client and/ or supplier

• Design, document and embed to-be processes in the organization

• Act as a sounding board for alternate ideas/solution

• Propose alternate solutions to simplify, improve and automate solution

• Apply independent thinking to problem solve

• Lead discussions about process redesign

• Communicate and manage stakeholder expectations

• Define process performance targets and measure compliance

• Apply knowledge of business process modelling

• Plan, monitor and report on status

• Educate business users responsible for managing and operating business processes

• Facilitate process workshop

• Document procedures and present new process designs to stakeholders

Our client is looking for you to have experience and skills in

• Experience with DevOps and Agile ways of working

• Strong stakeholder management skills.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Strong skills in the areas of Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Office in general.

• Demonstrated learning agility in ambiguous and unfamiliar situations.

• Problem solving mentality

• ITIL v3 and/ or COBIT5 certified

Experience that would give you an advantage at our Client

• Experience with Transformations, insourcing/ outsourcing
