For one of our clients, Amoria Bond is looking for experience Risk Management specialists who have experience in risk management and IT Audits when big corporate clients conduct mergers and acquisitions.
The Risk management specialist will work on his/her own a lot, because of the confidentiality of the role. The specialist needs to have work experience with these kind of roles in order to be relevant.

What are the risks for the client when doing a specific merger of acquisition? What are risks based on Cyber security? Or Vulnerability?
