Opdrachtomschrijving
Our client has decided to transition their network infrastructure support to a new strategic supplier. A transition / transformation program has been initiated which also includes implementation of service management processes. This requires additional capacity within our client to ensure these processed being implemented according agreed specifications.
Tasks and responsibilities
Implementing and running IT service management processes
Implementing service catalogue
Implementing SLA's and service /performance reporting
Qualifications and competences
Seniority/ stakeholder management
Strong expertise in IT service management/outsourcing/multi vendor landscape/SIAM capabilities/
Experience in implementing and running IT-Service management processes
Experience in implementing service uncatalogued
Experience in implementing SLA's
General ServiceNow knowledge, preferable experience in interfacing 2 ServiceNow instances
knowledge on integration (API's)
ITIL v3 certified
Education
Bachelor degree / HBO
