o Dutch Speaking
o Recruitment intake with the hiring manager
o Drafting a compelling vacancy text
o Design and execute a suitable sourcing strategy
o Making a difference in a good candidate experience
o Taking care of the selection process and interviewing candidates
o Job offer and negotiations
o Using innovative techniques with a focus on sourcing, hunting, and networking
