Senior Data Privacy Officer a.i.

Interesting six month interim assignment starting asap for ideally 38 hour per week.

Main responsibilities will be as follows

Establish and maintain a solid Data Privacy Risk Management program for the global organisation.
Operate the risk assessment methodology, evaluating requirements and providing pragmatic and business oriented solutions.
Promote the Global Privacy Office, increasing awareness through providing trainings and developing training materials.
Review documentation to ensure compliance with various regulatory and legal requirements.
Prepare insightful management information and reports related to the privacy and data protection control framework.
Keep up to date with changing or new laws and regulations on Data Privacy Risk Management and take action where needed to implement these within the existing framework.
Investigating and assisting in responses to compliance risk issues. Investigating regulatory inquiries, preparing required documentation, making recommendations to senior management on how to proceed, and preparing responses for the regulatory inquiries.
Participate in and deliver information to the internal auditors.

Requirements

A completed Bachelor or Master degree, ideally coupled a privacy accreditation.
A minimum of 8 years of total work experience with at least four years of recent privacy and/or data protection experience in a corporate setting.
Strong business acumen, communication skills and drive.
Indepth knowledge of regulations and regulatory expectations.
