Your challenge:
The department R&D IT Solutions is End-to-End responsible for all Applications, Infrastructure, Services and Innovation needed for the R&D design process (hardware and software design) and the product creation process.
Our client is looking for a Release Train Engineer (SAFe) to facilitate the collaboration across DevOps squad(s) that need to work together on the Cloud program. You like to use Agile, Scrum, and DevOps in the right way in the world of R&D IT infrastructure. You know the rules of the Scrum Game which you use to facilitate maximum performance from the team. You’re bridge between the Epic Owner (India based) and the DevOps Squads (spread around the world but with a center of gravity in Eindhoven). Last but not least, you will be supporting R&D IT design infrastructure with their transformation towards a DevOps organization, working together with your peers (Release Train Engineers), Product owners, Epic Owners and Agile coaches.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate SAFe rituals for the teams
Coach Team members in Agile way of working
Ensure that impediments are removed
Support team members to work together
Engage with team and encourage them to deliver sprints on time
Support and Coach Product Owner in effective techniques for backlog creation and refinement
Combine technical insight with organizational qualities
