Data Engineer

For a client in the medical technology industry, I’m looking for an experienced Data Engineer.

Organization

This company in an international company that wants to become a market leader. This organization is in the process of starting a new department in the field of Data Engineering. To grow as fast as intended, they are looking for extra capacity. To improve the work atmosphere, they provide highly advanced equipment and flexible working hours.

Function

As a Data Engineer you will be responsible for the Big Data, ETL and data pipelines. You will work in a small team of Data Engineers who are responsible for the new project. You have experience with Cloud environments and several programming languages. Preferably you have knowledge of AWS, Python, Airflow and CI/CD. If you have experience with other Cloud platforms or Big Data tools, it is considered as beneficial. For this project it is important that you can communicate with your colleagues, think about new solutions and that you are willing to learn new technologies.

Function requirements

• Senior Data Engineer

• Knowledge of Cloud environments (preferably AWS)

• Knowledge of Big Data

• Knowledge of Programming languages (Python)

• Knowledge of open-source (Airflow)

• Communicative person
