Senior BA Analyst

We are looking for Senior BA Analyst for one of our clients who is operating in the banking world for a project of 6 months with options of extensions based in Utrecht, the Netherlands.

Project overview:
As a BA you are part of a cross-functional teams. You coordinate the project and are able to maintain an overview, go into depth and act as a sparring partner. You know how to make the right decisions and set priorities.
You ensure a solid anchoring of the changes with the relevant teams and other stakeholders of the client.

Skills and requirements:

• WO working and thinking level

• professional experience and expertise in the field of finance & risk reporting and the applicable regulations

• knowledge of and experience with change management

• ability to deal with networks and resistance

• experience with reporting

• analytically highly developed, proactive, independent, customer and result-oriented

• knowledge of and experience with working in accordance with the LEAN (preferably Green Belt) and Agile philosophy and directs short-cycle based on KPIs;

• excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
