As a business analyst at NMA, you will work together with colleagues from various disciplines on the continuous improvement of our primary business processes. You will anticipate changes in TenneT's world and thereby give TenneT the ability to achieve its objective as a reliable and leading TSO in Europe.

The work is carried out in close cooperation with colleagues within NMA (including solution architects, functional administrators, application managers, developers, testers), IMC (including information managers, domain architects, project managers) and the business. You work on the dividing line between business and IT. The playing field mainly covers TenneT's primary business processes.

The most important tasks for a Business Analyst are

  • Analyzing (complex) organizational needs with regard to the provision of information, presenting these clearly and comprehensibly and translating them into a practical
    phased approach;

  • performing impact analyses of changes to business processes, information systems and interfaces;

- Connecting the necessary parties (business, architecture, delivery teams, etc.) in order to implement the intended changes, which also structurally improve the information
provision.

  • Facilitating and supporting the development of business cases;

  • Drawing up business and stakeholder requirements for the large and/or complex change initiatives (these may be carried out in project form);

  • Identifying risks, bottlenecks and deviations (and, if necessary, advising (information) management to eliminate these).

- You make IT understandable for your business and know how to relate it to the developments taking place in the business.
- Process knowledge and methodologies with regard to asset management, preferably in the area of project collaboration within the asset management chain.

  • You have supervised (large) change processes from A to Z (from the first question until the aftercare) and you know 'the tricks of the trade' and the dynamics involved in
    these types of processes.

  • You have demonstrable knowledge of and experience with data management, IT security and requirements management.

  • Knowledge of BABOK, Lean and BiSL is an advantage;

- Knowledge of BIM is a big advantage;

  • Experience with working in an Agile environment is an advantage.

  • Good knowledge of the Dutch and English languages in spoken word and writing.

  • You are result-oriented, you can plan and organize well and you know how to structure consultation.

  • You are willing to travel to Germany (Bayreuth) for cross-border projects.
