Senior .Net Developer

For our Client we are looking for an experienced software developer, with background in developing enterprise software to join our growing software team. You will be working in a multisite team and develop a process control platform in .NET Core. In the role of senior software developer you will contribute to the implementation software that supports the company’s vision of transforming the way of food processing in partnership with the customers.

Role and Responsibilities

• Design, implement and unit test software modules and software features

• Analyze requirements and write design specifications for software modules and software features

• Consistently delivers production ready code

• Train and mentor Software Engineers and Associate Software Engineers.

• Adapt to team collaboration and build team spirit

• Collaborate with multiple internal teams to ensure inter-dependencies and so that the overall system architecture is both implemented and tested

• This role may also include some on-site work related to new product releases, support and training of other employees

Qualifications & Experience

• You have at least a bachelor degree in Computer Science, or similar, relevant education for this job

• You have 8+ years of experience in object oriented programming languages in combination with .NET software development

• You have excellent knowledge of SQL and good understanding of database operations

• You have excellent design and coding skills with the ability to pick up new languages, tools and design patterns

• You have excellent understanding of source control management, i.e. Git

• You are experienced in applying Agile software development frameworks

• You have the ability to provide technical leadership in a software development project

• You have excellent skills in written and oral English and are comfortable communicating with customers and management

• You are self-directed, you take initiative, you have a sense of urgency and you prioritize

• You can demonstrate a broad range of experience with different projects and technologies

• You are result-driven and possess strong analytical skills
